exchange and refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. the product must be returned with labels and in its original packaging. the product cannot be returned if incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if previously worn.

the t-shirt product will be dispatched within 3 days from the date of order. we ship to most countries via standard international delivery. please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. the shipping time alone could be around 4-15 business days. 

all our shipments to destinations outside South Korea, are shipped free of VAT.

Terrible Studio ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis to countries outside of South Korea. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
