exchanges & refunds

Exchange and refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The product must be returned with labels and in its original packaging. The product cannot be returned if incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if previously worn.

With our made-to-order products, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.  You have 3 days to cancel the order, starts from the date you place the order. If you cancel after 3 days, you'll still be charged the full price. This doesn't affect your statutory legal rights.

For faulty or damaged products, we offer free returns, exchange, and a full refund.
