  • Delivery and shipping
    * Made-to-order product will be dispatched within 5 days from the date of order. * Carrier choice depends on the country your order is shipped to. * Delivery time Outside of South Korea - standard : Free shipping 3-14 days - express : 4-7days (click here for shipping fee)
  • Returns and Exchanges
    Exchange and refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The product must be returned with labels and in its original packaging. The product cannot be returned if incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if previously worn. With our made-to-order products, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. You have 3 days to cancel your order, starts from the date you place your order. If you cancel after 3 days, you'll still be charged the full price. This doesn't affect your statutory legal rights. For faulty or damaged products, we offer free returns, exchange, and a full refund.

  • What taxes must I pay?
    All our shipments to destinations outside South Korea, are shipped free of VAT. Terrible Studio ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis to countries outside of South Korea. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by delivery brokerage and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. "Duty free shopping" ("détaxe") applies solely to products purchased in a store and transported by the customer; therefore, it does not apply to on-line sales.
